Located in the historic center of Guingamp, this charming little hotel is housed in a carefully restored and modernized 18th-century townhouse. Built into the granite ramparts of this beautiful town, La Demeure offers charming accommodation in a unique historic setting. With just ten rooms and suites, intimate comfort is guaranteed at La Demeure. Most of the rooms and suites are located in the historic granite-faced building, while others are in the new wing, with its avant-garde design and skilful combination of stone, glass and steel, all offering a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Room size 15 m2. Double / Twin Suite: These suites feature a king-size double bed or twin beds. Room size 40 m2 - Roi Morvan Suite: Located on the second floor, this spacious suite includes a fully equipped kitchenette. Delightfully decorated in period style, with wood panelling and parquet flooring, it also has a large private terrace offering a magnificent view of the Breton landscape.
